The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of October 11, 2019.  The ABC is ₽80,000.00:

• Date: October 16, 2019 (Wednesday)
• 8AM – 1PM Auditorium for PHIVOLCS Project: Feature-based Earthquake Analysis Toolset for Urban Response Estimation – Enhancing PHIVOLCS damage estimation capability using building-specific analysis aided by high resolution GIS data: A banquet, round table type of set –up
• Food: Breakfast, AM Snacks, Buffet Lunch – Unlimited Rice, 4 selection of viands:  pork, fish, chicken and vegetables, dessert and fruits
• Drinks: Juice, Free flowing coffee/tea and water stations
