TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “Meals for REDAS Convention on November 27-29, 2018 at PHIVOLCS Auditorium”.  The ABC is Php 234,000.00.

            The opening of bids shall be on November 20, 2018, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
