INVITATION TO BID

 

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) invites all interested bidders to participate and submit bids in connection with the second bidding of the project “Design and Installation of Modular Panel Board for All Office at PHIVOLCS Main Office” as per Purchase Request No. 120160800626. The ABC is Php 3,470,000.00.

The following is the schedule of procurement activities for the abovementioned requirement:

  • Issuance and Availability of Bid Forms/               – July 10, 2017

Bidding Documents

  • Pre-bid Conference                                              – July 17, 2017
  • Submission and Opening of Bids                         – July 31, 2017

Interested bidders are hereby informed that although attendance to pre-bid conference is not mandatory only those who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to participate on the pre-bid conference and raise or submit written queries or clarifications.

For further queries, interested bidders may contact the BAC Secretariat Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM only.

In view of this public bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.

NOTE:  Schedule of Opening of Bids from July 31 will be moved to August 11, 2017, same time and venue
