The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for ” 1 JOB ORDER

SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A MULTI-GAS STATION ON BULUSAN VOLCANO
(CO-LOCATED WITH THE UPPER SLOPE STATION):
Located in Brgy. Cogon, Irosin, Sorsogon

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Construction of 2mx2m Multi-Gas Station concrete
shelter with cover (clean out).
• Concrete slab roof with overhang.
• Galvanized iron shelter door with theft-proof lock.

Fencing:
• Four-sided cyclone fencing with concrete base.

Finishes:
• Gravelling of fenced-in grounds.
• Water-proofing and painting works.
• Construction waste maintenance and proper disposal.

“. The ABC is Php 500,000.00. The opening of bids shall be on 1:30 PM, July 27, 2018 at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C..

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
