The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites financially, legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for “

Design and Built – Fencing of Odionagan Satellite-telemetered Seismic Station (OTRP)

a. 5 x 8 meters angular bars with CHB and columns

b. steel service gate with weather-proof sticker signage

c. 8-10 mm thickness steel plate with PHIVOLCS logo

(see plan for other details)”. The ABC is Php 600,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on September 18, 2018, 1:30 pm at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C..

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
