REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby request to submit price quotation/proforma invoice for the procurement under Direct Contracting for the project “RENEWAL OF ONLINE VIDEO CONFERENCING SERVICE”. The Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) is ₱ 250,000.00.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, declare failure of bidding, to cancel or terminate the conduct of procurement activities at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 35.6 and Section 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184 without thereby incurring any liability affected bidder.
