REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement – Agency to Agency for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “ XRF Analysis of Rock Samples “. The ABC is ₱149,920.00.

 

The opening of bids shall be on June 18, 2025 at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

 

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
