One (1) year Contract of Pest Control Services for Main Office Building

INVITATION TO BID

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “One (1) year Contract of Pest Control Services for Main Office Building“.  The ABC is Php 100,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on 1:30 PM, May 21, 2018 at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
