The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later November 21, 2019. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽ 400,000.00.

- Heavy Duty – A3 size / Standard Document Feeder
- Copy/Print Speed: min 31 cpm/ppm or more
- Copy Size: A5 up to A3 size (11 x 17”)
- Paper Capacity: Not less than 100 sheets
- Electronic Sorting
- At least 50 years in the market
- Warranty: One (1) year warranty on Parts and Lifetime Free Labor Services
