TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of September 25, 2017.  The ABC is Php 900,000.00:

One (1) unit Branded Rack Server

–       Intel Xeon Processor 2.5GHz (20-core) or Better

–       Dual Processor Slot on Motherboard

–       Memory:  64GB DDR4(2x32GB)

–       Network Controller:  2-port gigabit network adapter

–       Hard Disk Drive: 4 x 1TB SAS (3.5-inch)

–       Optical: DVD-Rom

–       USB Ports: 4 or Better

–       Ready Rails 2U Sliding Rails (Form Factor U2)

–       Dual, Hot Plug, Redundant Power Supply (1+1), 1100W

–       RAID Controller Internal

–       Bundled with:  Three (3) years warranty on parts and service      on-site

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Warranty for required for equipment shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year from date of acceptance by the end-user

d. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

e. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation

f. Suppliers shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the equipment being offered.
