REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit  quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later January 25, 2022. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽940,000.00.

 

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
