REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of December 18, 2017.  The ABC is Php 150,000.00:

One (1) unit Large Format Scanner

–       Optical Resolution:  600 dpi

–       Scanning format/storage: TIFF, PDF/Internal memory, USB stick or wired Ethernet transfer

–       Maximum scan width x length:  914 x 1270 mm  (36” x 50”)

–       Imaging sizes:  ISO DIN / ARCH / ANSI / Automatic width and length

–       Internal memory:  At least 5 Gb

–       Scan Accuracy:  0.2% +/- 1 pixel

–       Color imaging:  24-bit sRGB or 16-bit CMYK

–       Data interfaces:  USB2, Ethernet RJ45 Gbit

–       Power Supply/Output:  100~240VAC/ ~3.4 @ 19V

–       Power consumption:  Not more than 20W (scanning)

–       Operating platform:  Windows 10 64-bit

–       Certifications:  Energy Star, CB, CE, FCC RoHS compliant

–       Includes:  Wheeled carry case, external power supply, RJ45 Ethernet cable, Calibration target

–       At least two (2) years warranty on parts and services

–       Manufacturer more than 10 years in the market

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Warranty for required for equipment shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year from date of acceptance by the end-user

d. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

e. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation

f. Suppliers shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the equipment being offered.
