TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) invites all interested bidders to participate and submit bids in connection with the second bidding of the project “Three (3) years Contract of Security Services” as per Purchase Request No. 120170500866. The ABC is Php 2,200,000.00 per year.

The following is the schedule of procurement activities for the abovementioned requirement:

• Issuance and Availability of Bid Forms/              – August 27, 2017
• Bidding Documents
• Pre-bid Conference                                                 – September 5, 2017
• Submission and Opening of Bids                         – September 18, 2017

For further queries, interested bidders may contact the BAC Secretariat Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM only.

In view of this public bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.  PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantees that an award will be made.
