INVITATION TO BID

 

TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

 

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings for the PHIVOLCS’ requirement for “Supply and Delivery of One (1) lot Spare Parts for Intensity Meter Monitoring Network – Component IV “. The ABC is ₱812,500.00.

 

The opening of bids shall be on February 21, 2024, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

 

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.

 

Kindly submit the required Technical and Financial Documents in three (3) sets (refer to the Bidding Documents attached).
