The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairperson at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later December 06, 2022. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽120,000.00.

 

Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Heavy-Duty 3-Tonner Floor-Mount Air-Conditioner:

 

– Branded; manufacturer more than 40 years in the market
– Inverter, rotary compressor
– R410A Refrigerant
– Greater than 37,000 BTU cooling
– Power consumption not more than 3.5 kilowatts
– Energy efficiency ratio (EER) not less than 10
– Power supply 220-240V/ 60Hz/ 1 phase
– Low sound levels, not more than 58.0 dB
– With sleep mode, auto-swing, self-diagnosis and lock functions
– With anti-freeze function
– With at least 1-year warranty on parts and services

Conditions:
a. All entries must be typewritten.
b. Delivery period, ASAP.
