The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairperson at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later May 08, 2023. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽210,000.00.

 

Supply and Delivery of Three (3) units Heavy-duty 2HP Inverter Split Type Air-conditioner

 

– Branded; manufacturer more than 40 years in the market
– Smart Inverter
– Energy efficiency ratio (EER) not less than 10
– With bio-filtering
– Self-cleaning function
– R32 Refrigerant
– Greater than 17,000 BTU cooling
– Power consumption not more than 2 kilowatts
– Voltage, Frequency, Phase: 220-240 V, 60 Hz, 1Ph
– Low sound levels, not more than 58 dB
– With at least 5 years warranty on compressor motor
– With at least 1-year warranty on other parts and services

– PHILGEPS Registration Number

 

Conditions:
a. All entries must be typewritten.
b. Delivery period, ASAP.
