The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of October 4, 2019. The ABC is ₽70,000.00:

November 11 – PHIVOLCS to Baguio City and vicinity – (2 vehicles – pick and drop off only; 1 vehcle – wholeday)
November 12 – Baguio City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – wholeday)
November 13 – Baguio City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – wholeday)
November 14 – Baguio City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – wholeday)
November 15 – Baguio City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – wholeday; 3 vehicles pick up and drop off)
- Number of Personnel: maximum of 8 persons w/ training materials and equipments
- Departure Time from PHIVOLCS preferably 7:00 AM
- Departure Time from Destinations: preferably 9:00 PM
- A Billing Statement is to be issued by the supplier for every trip ticket for payment processing
- Net cost inclusive of van rentals, diesel and toll, driver’s food and accommodations, emergency vehicle repairs and maintenance, fines from traffic violations, and all taxes.
- Travel may be cut short during the trip without prior notice
