The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of September 12, 2019.  The ABC is ₽243,000.00:

• One (1) lot Vehicle Rental in Pangasinan

• October 5, 2019 – October 22, 2019
• Three (3) Car Rental with driver (gas included)
• 4,500 pesos per car per day
• Cities/Municipalities of Urdaneta, San Quintin, Umingan, San Nicolas, Tayug, San Miguel, Binalonan, Villasis, Rosales, Alcala, Basista, Bayambang, San Carlos, Malasiqui, Dagupan, Santa Barbara, Pozorrubio, Manaoag, San Fabian, Mangaldan, Lingayen, Bugallon, Aguillar ang Mongatorem
• Last day allotted to trip back to Quezon City
• Vehicles are good for thirteen (13) hours per day
• Preferably SUV/Pickup
• Drivers must bring their own meal during the entire duty
• Quoted amount is tax inclusive
• Accommodation of drivers is not included nor provided
