TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of September 12, 2019.  The ABC is ₽162,000.00:

  • One (1) lot Vehicle Rental in Tarlac and vicinity
  • September 23, 2019 – October 4, 2019
  • Three (3) Car Rental with driver (gas included)
  • 4,500 pesos per car per day
  • Cities/Municipalities of Tarlac, Conception, Capas, Bamban, Victoria, La Paz, San Jose, Mayontoc, Santa Ignacia, San Clemente, Camiling, Moncada, Paniqui and Gerona
  • First day allotted to pick up from Quezon City to Tarlac City
  • Last day allotted to trip from Tarlac City to Urdaneta City
  • Vehicles are good for thirteen (13) hours per day
  • Preferably SUV/Pickup
  • Drivers must bring their own meal during the entire duty
  • Quoted amount is tax inclusive
  • Accommodation of drivers is not included nor provided
