TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later February 9, 2021. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽546,000.00.

One (1) lot Vehicle Rental in Metropolitan Iloilo-Guimaras

  • February 24, 2021 – March 23, 2021 – Metro Iloilo Guimaras; includes Iloilo City, Oton, Pavia, Leganes, Santa Barbara, Cabatuan, San Miguel, Zarraga, Dumangas, Jordan, Buenavista, Nueva Valencia, San Lorenzo and Sibunag. 6,500 pesos per car per day.
  • Three (3) car rental with driver (gas included)
  • Vehicles are good for thirteen (13 hours)
  • Preferably SUV
  • Drivers must bring their lunch meal during the service. The quoted amount s taxi inclusive.
  • Accommodation of drivers are not included nor provided

ITINERARY:

  • February 24, 2021 – within the vicinity of Metro Iloilo: Iloilo City, Oton, Pavia, Leganes, Santa Barbara, Cabatuan, San Miguel, Zarraga, Dumangas only.
  • March 15, 2021 – Travel from Iloilo City to Guimaras and vicinity: Jordan, Buenavista, Nueva Valencia, San Lorenzo and Sibunag only
  • March 22 ,2021 – Travel back from Guimaras to Iloilo City March
  • March 23. 2021 – Travel from accommodation to Iloilo International Airport.
  • End Travel

Note:

             Per IATF Travel Protocol, drivers must secure the following requirements (Barangay Health Certificate, Medical Travel Clearance Certification, Company Travel Order)

            Changes in travel schedule and duration may occur depending on any delays that are related to the processing of travel requirements and other LGU health protocols

  • PHILGEPS Registration Number

Conditions:

  1. All entries must be typewritten.
  2. Delivery period, ASAP.
  3. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days
