The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later November 12, 2021. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽130,000.00.
One (1) lot Vehicle Rental for Field Work in Iloilo and Vicinity
- November 14 to December 11 – Iloilo and vicinity
- Total of 20 vehicle rental days within the fieldwork duration
- ₱6,500.00/day
- One (1) van rental with driver (gas included)
- Vehicle is good for Thirteen (13) hours/day
- Air-conditioned SUV/van (10-14 seater)
- Driver must bring his lunch meal during the service. The quoted amount is tax inclusive
- Accommodation of the driver is not included nor provided
ITINERARY:
Iloilo and vicinity:
- Seven (7) districts of Iloilo City and vicinity
Note:
Per IATF Travel Protocol, the driver must secure the following requirements:
- Barangay Health Certificate
- Medical Travel Clearance Certification
- Company Travel Order
Kindly submit your best offer with the following requirements:
- Mayor’s/Business Permit
- PHILGEPS Registration Number
Conditions:
- All entries must be typewritten.
- Delivery period, ASAP.
- Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days
