The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later February 26, 2020. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽ 391,500.00.

 

One (1) lot Vehicle Rental for Fieldwork at Metro Iloilo and Guimaras

– Date: March 10, 2020 to April 7, 2020 (29 days)

– Description:
Three (3) car rental, preferably SUV or Pick-Up, with driver and gas included
₱4,500.00 per vehicle per day
Vehicles are good for twelve (12) hours per day
Drivers must bring their food during the entire service
Quoted amount is tax inclusive

– The Following Municipalities and city are the location of survey sites during the fieldwork:

Mainland Iloilo: Iloilo City, Pavia, Leganes, Oton, Santa Barbara, San Miguel, Cabatuan, Tigbauan, Zarraga, Dumangas

Guimaras Island: Buenavista, Jordan, San Lorenzo, Nueva Valencia, Sibunag

– Mayor’s/Business Permit
– PHILGEPS Registration Number

a. All entries must be typewritten.
b. Delivery period, ASAP.
