The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later November 11, 2020. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽273,000.00.

Vehicle Rental in Mati City Davao Oriental

-November 19, 2020 to December 2, 2020 – Mati City, Davao Oriental
-6,500 per car per day
-Three (3) car rental with driver (gas included) Vehicles are good for Thirteen (13) hours preferably SUV
-Drivers must bring their lunch meal during the service. The quoted amount is tax inclusive
-Accommodation of drivers is not included nor provided

ITINERARY:
-November 19 to December 1, 2020 – within the vicinity of Mati City, Davao Oriental only
-December 2, 2020 – alloted trip from Mati City, Davao Oriental back to Davao City
-End of Travel

Note:
-Per IATF Travel Protocol, drivers must secure the following requirements (Barangay Health Certificate, Medical Travel Clearance Certification, Company Travel Order)
