TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of September 24, 2019.  The ABC is ₽297,000.00:

• One (1) lot Vehicle Rental in Pangasinan and Vicinity

• October 14, 2019 – October 31, 2019
• Three (3) Car Rental with driver (gas included)
• 5,500 pesos per car per day
• Cities/Municipalities of Urdaneta, San Quintin, Umingan, San Nicolas, Tayug, San Miguel, Binalonan, Villasis, Rosales, Alcala, Basista, Bayambang, San Carlos, Malasiqui, Dagupan, Santa Barbara, Pozorrubio, Manaoag, San Fabian, Mangaldan, Lingayen, Bugallon, Aguillar ang Mongatorem
• First day allotted for pick up from Quezon City to Pangasinan
• Last day allotted for trip back to Quezon City
• Vehicles are good for thirteen (13) hours per day
• Preferably SUV/Pickup
• Drivers must bring their own meal during the entire duty
• Quoted amount is tax inclusive
• Accommodation of drivers is not included nor provided
