The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF VOLCANOLOGY AND SEISMOLOGY (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at PHIVOLCS Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Q.C. not later February 26, 2020. The Approved Budget for the Contract is ₽ 70,000.00.

– Destination:
April 20 – Davao airport to Davao City and vicinity – (2 vehicles – pick and drop off only; 1 vehicle – whole day)
April 21 – Davao City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – whole day)
April 22 – Davao City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – whole day)
April 23 – Davao City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – whole day)
April 24 – Davao City and vicinity – (1 vehicle – whole day)
April 25 – Davao City to Davao Airport – (3 vehicles pick and drop off)
– Number of Personnel: maximum of 8 persons with training materials and equipment
– Departure time from Davao Airport preferably 6:00 AM
– Departure time from Destinations preferably 9:00 AM
– A Billing Statement is to be issued by the supplier for payment processing
– Net cost inclusive of van rentals, diesel/gasoline and toll, driver’s food and accommodation, emergency vehicle repairs and maintenance, fines from traffic violations, and all taxes
