TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites all interested suppliers to quote their lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the conditions stated below, stating the shortest time of delivery and submit sealed quotation to BAC Secretariat addressed to the BAC Chairman at PHIVOLCS located at C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 5:00 P.M. of December 18, 2017.  The ABC is Php 1,000,000.00:

Three (3) units Branded Tower Workstation

–       One Intel Xeon Quadcore, 3.0 Ghz or better

–       Quad channel memory; 32GB 2133 MHz DDR4 ECC RDIMM memory

–       Intel C6xx chipset

–       NVIDIA Quadro graphics card

–       3 Tb SATA

–       Built-in internal speakers

–       With USB 2.0 and 3.0, RJ45, PS2, serial and Ethernet ports; front-load USB ports

–       32” LED Monitors with stand

–       Wireless keyboard and wireless mouse

–       Energy Star rating

–       With built-in security platform

–       At least 3 years warranty on parts and labor and 3 years service onsite

–       Manufacturer more than 25 years in the market

Conditions:

a. All entries must be typewritten.

b. Delivery period, ASAP.

c. Warranty for required for equipment shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year from date of acceptance by the end-user

d. Price validity period must be for a period of one hundred (120) calendar days

e. G-EPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the requested quotation

f. Suppliers shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the equipment being offered.
